Adorable Chloe was brought into Toronto Animal Services by someone who found her. After her hold period was up and her original owner still declined to take her back, the finder immediately adopted her. Good job!
Can't bend my mind around that: the original owner does not want her back? H3ll, my dogs are crazier than fruit bats in a juice bar and need more medications than a warehouse pharmacy, but I'd walk through a war zone wearing a target on my shirt if they were waiting for me in a shelter!
As my husband says, it's the owners who should be licensed, not the dogs!
