Laws are insane, that these dogs are being held hostage to the owner and the courts.
The courts absolutely have to get a move on and release those dogs for adoption. That's an absurd length of time to hold living beings in limbo. And those !@#$%!!! so-called "breeders" had better not try to hold it up.
