Now Balto is all about greeting his friends. When we walked by James, Balto turned and pulled me back toward him and then jumped up, paws on his chest and gave him a kiss before we could continue with the walk.

If the dog is no longer on the TAS adoption website, it's probably because it's been adopted already.
Barto is absolutely a gorgeous husky with beautiful blue eyes. He deserves better than what he's been through poor little guy my heart goes out to him. Hang in there Balrog some good person will come and adopt you and love you forever with lots of belly rubs and treats and of course lots of love.
