Pomeranian

This Pomeranian almost doesn't count as a pound dog because the person who found her and brought her into TAS adopted her as soon as her waiting period was up. No surprise considering how the weather is finally getting cold, sort of, and this Pom could easily double as a hand muff. Your fingers kinda get lost in her thick plush fur and voilĂ , instant warmth.

Ahh, hand muffs. Can't remember the last time I saw one. They seem to have gone the way of steam engines, dodo birds and our pensions.

The best way to check on the adoption status of this dog (and other dogs and cats and other small domestic animals) is to visit Toronto Animal Services or call 416 338 6668 for the Toronto Animal Services South shelter.

  1. Little girls at the skating pond no longer use hand muffs, but great manly hunters do.

Mine is 10-mile orange. I am not too manly, but my hands get cold.
