Jacob arrived at Toronto Animal Services South with his mum a couple of weeks ago. His mum is still waiting to be spayed but Jacob is ready to meet his new family. He might be a small(ish) pup now but if his mum is any indication, he won't be for long.
The best way to check on the adoption status of this dog (and other dogs and cats and other small domestic animals) is to visit Toronto Animal Services adoption website or call 416 338 6668 for the Toronto Animal Services South shelter. If the dog is no longer on the TAS adoption website, it's probably because it's been adopted already.
OHMYGOD. His eyes! My heart stopped!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful, beautiful boy. I will be posting his link everywhere so someone will come and get him fast so IIIIIIII won't! <3
Extreme cuteness! What wonderful photos. I know someone will snap him up soon - hope they do their newfie research before they do.
ReplyDeleteI heard there was a lineup out the door for him!
ReplyDeleteMy family adopted his older brother (who turns one year old in May). He's half newfoundlander and half bernese mountain dog. He's a BIG boy and such a sweetheart!
Jacob's (now Jack) new owner here!
ReplyDeleteHe is such a gem, we are a lucky family. We've had newfies in the past who've been like little bears, he's more like a baby colt, he has the longest legs. He's been adjusting so well, sleeping through the night in his new crate, only one accident inside, and he is my new shadow. We love our new addition!
I adopted this puppies mother (Francis now Maggie) and she is a wonderful dog - so kind and gentle. I would love to learn more about her kids.
DeleteCongrat, van Boyle, on the new family member and thanks for the update. Glad to hear everything's working out. Jack really is a sweety.
